Introduction of Solar Panel Production Line

      控制及监管系统分为现场光伏生产线集中管理系统及运营中心两部分。

现场光伏生产线集中管理系统包括传动系统、控制系统（组态软件+PLC）、视频采集系统，实现生产线设备运行监测和控制，并为运营中心提供系统运行和视频数据。

运营中心由设备远程运营维护平台系统、防火墙、IO服务器、数据记录服务器、消息服务器、HMI/WEB工作站、工程师站及硬件维护站等组成。完成对分散在各地的光伏生产线数据的采集、记录及展现、视频数据的采集及展现、数据分析、报警和事件消息的显示、存储、查看、WEB发布、移动设备监控服务等等，实现光伏生产线的远程运营与维护。

     The whole system structure diagram is divided into two parts: the centralized management system and the operation center of the PV production line.

    The centralized management system of PV production line includes the transmission system, the control system (configuration software +PLC) and the video acquisition system, which can monitor and control the operation of the production line equipment, and provide the system operation and video data for the operation center.

    The operation center is made of remote operation system and maintenance platform system, firewall, IO server, data record server, message server, HMI/WEB workstation, engineer station and hardware maintenance station, etc.Complete the collection, record and display of the data of photovoltaic production line scattered all over the country, the collection and display of video data, data analysis, alarm and event message display, storage, view, WEB release, mobile device monitoring service and so on, so as to realize the remote operation and maintenance of the PV production line.
